Meet the Marac in Scotland team

Our Marac in Scotland team are working in partnership with the Scottish Government to provide an up-to-date picture of Marac provision in Scotland.

Lan Pham, Research Analyst

Lan

Lan is a research analyst for the SafeLives Scotland team. She has been living in the middle of Edinburgh for twenty years. During this time, she has worked as an economic development consultant and a research assistant carrying out research covering a variety of topics. 

For the Marac in Scotland project, Lan is going to be leading in carrying out the research and analysing the data collection. 

 

 

Elizabeth Hughes, Multi-Agency Lead

Elizabeth

Elizabeth is a Multi-Agency Lead for the SafeLives Scotland team working on the DES funded Safer, Sooner programme. She has been living in the Highlands for 8 years. During this time, she has worked as a Caledonian Women's Worker supporting victims of high-risk domestic abuse on the frontline. 

For the Marac in Scotland project, Elizabeth is going to support Maracs to complete the survey and support follow on discussions with Maracs and stakeholders. 

 

 

 

Stephanie Lammers-Rice, Project Administrator

Stephanie

Stephanie is one of SafeLives Project Administrators. Stephanie joined SafeLives in February 2022 and supports the Safer, Sooner team and wider Scotland team with project management. She has a background in strategic operations/management throughout her career in higher education. 

For the Marac in Scotland project, Stephanie is going to lead in project management and ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the project. 

 

Sarah Graves, Multi-Agency Lead

Sarah

Sarah is a Multi-Agency Lead for the SafeLives Scotland team working on the DES funded Safer, Sooner programme. She was born in Edinburgh and lives there today. Before joining SafeLives, she worked as a Domestic Abuse Adult Advocate (Idaa) supporting high-risk victims od domestic abuse.

For the Marac in Scotland project, Sarah will support Maracs to complete the survey and support follow on discussions with Maracs and stakeholders.
