Shared Roadmap for System Change Invitation to tender for evaluation

 

Women’s Aid and SafeLives have come together in a five-year programme funded by the Big Lottery Fund to bring together the two approaches – Change that Lasts and Getting it Right First Time – that we have developed to improve support to women and girls affected by domestic abuse.

We are seeking an external evaluator to undertake a dynamic and rigorous evaluation of the programme which evidences outcomes for survivors through a systemic change to policy, practice and commissioning. We are happy to consider joint proposals.

This contract was previously available for tender in 2016. We are reopening the tender process and, following feedback from evaluators, would like to add the clarifications to support the tender documents – please see the attached cover note for further information.

This will be the key evidence base for the Shared Roadmap for System Change that we will co-produce as a partnership.

The budget for the evaluation is £350,000 and the deadline for submissions is 9am on 10th March 2017.
